- What's the difference between static and dynamic?
- A static QR code contains your link directly: once printed, it can't change. A dynamic QR code points to a short link that you control, so you can change where it goes anytime, and count every scan.
- Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
- Yes. You can switch plans anytime from your dashboard. Stripe adjusts the price automatically.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes, in one click from your dashboard. No questions asked, no hidden fees.
- What happens to my QR codes if I cancel?
- They keep working. A printed QR code never stops redirecting. You just won't be able to change the link or see the stats until you come back to Pro.
- Can I switch between Pro and Business?
- Yes, anytime from "Manage subscription" in your dashboard. You only pay the difference for the rest of your billing period.
- Are there any limits?
- Never on scans: your QR codes can be scanned as many times as you like, on every plan. Pro includes unlimited static QR codes, 100 dynamic QR codes and 1 GB of PDF storage. Business has unlimited dynamic QR codes and 10 GB of storage. Deleting a QR code frees its spot, and reaching a limit never stops your existing QR codes from working.
- Is there a free trial that turns into a subscription?
- No. The Free plan is free forever, and you're only charged if you choose to upgrade.
- Is payment secure?
- Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
